Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to join our team in Farnborough, where you'll be responsible for managing a team of parts advisors and overseeing daily operations. Your key objectives will include:
  • Driving exceptional customer service by leading the parts team.
  • Liaising closely with the Service Manager to resolve any vehicle order issues.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Organizing regular stock takes and managing negative stock levels effectively.

Your Background
To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • A strong understanding of commercial vehicles and parts, or relevant automotive experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience and proficiency in Excel.
  • A FLT license is highly desirable.
