Job Description
We're seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in Warrington. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality, and leading a team of production staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high-quality results and meet production targets.
- Oversee the production process, including planning, execution, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production or operations role, with a focus on team management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
