Job Title: Apprentice Business Development Manager

At Exponential-e, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Business Development Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and business development, working closely with our experienced sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new customers.
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers to discuss Exponential-e's portfolio of products and services.
  • Qualify and develop new business prospects, delivering engaging articulation of the Exponential-e value proposition.
  • Capture leads in our CRM system and record their progress through the sales funnel.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and KPI targets.
  • Assist with the sales life cycle, supported by relevant mentors and dedicated sales teams.
Requirements:
  • Successful track record of generating leads and cold calling prospective customers.
  • Keen eye for sales opportunities with a view to progressing them as quickly as possible.
  • Can-do attitude, high achievement drive, and a natural aptitude for sales.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a willingness to learn and develop.
