Job Title: Senior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in leading the creative direction of our studio, producing high-quality creative concepts and designs for all projects, and collaborating with the team to deliver innovative results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies for omnichannel projects, including brand development and campaign creation.
  • Collaborate with the team to define project goals and deliverables, and provide valuable input to projects.
  • Produce high-level, engaging design concepts and execute them with expertise, demonstrating a current and relevant style to work across digital and social media output.
  • Drive creative ideas forward with other disciplines across the design spectrum, and contribute to the development of the studio's creative direction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar position, with a clear ability to produce high-level, engaging design.
  • Agency experience is required, with a strong understanding of how agencies work, the energy and agility required to meet demands and tight deadlines, and the ability to collaborate and drive creative ideas forward with other disciplines.
  • High-level experience in similar agency roles, with current and relevant experience in delivering branding and campaigns on a daily basis.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary ranging from £40,000 - £50,000, depending on the candidate's experience and background, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with some of the biggest and well-known names.
