The Downstream segment focuses on refining, logistics, power generation, and marketing of crude oil, petroleum, and petrochemical products.

Job Summary

As a Senior Planning and Performance Management Professional, you will be responsible for analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the Planning & Performance Management organization. You will lead, coordinate, and execute routine planning and performance management tasks, including weekly highlights, monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, accountability reporting, KPI reporting, and business plan development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate routine planning and performance management tasks at the Admin Area level.
  • Assume the role of risk coordinator for the Admin Area.
  • Represent the Admin Area on cross-functional initiatives related to planning and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the major deliverables of the Admin Area.
  • Provide oversight on the Admin Area's administrative costs.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of related experience preferably at GC (Grade Level) 12-14.
  • Ability to produce reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Proficiency in working effectively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in developing spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiasm to develop knowledge and skills related to Treasury functions.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
