Site Manager Wanted for £3 Million Residential Project in Brighton

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our £3 million new build D&B residential project in Brighton.

  • Drive the project to completion, focusing on external works and internal fit-out
  • Manage trade activities, conduct site inductions, raise permits, and deliver toolbox talks
  • Collaborate closely with the contract manager to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality assurance standards

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
