We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the mechanical works on a residential project in Brighton. The successful candidate will have experience in managing mechanical installations and coordinating with electrical contractors.

Responsibilities

* Conduct weekly site walks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Deliver regular toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment
* Work closely with the electrical contractor to ensure timely completion of the project
* Coordinate labor and subcontractors to meet project deadlines
* Manage and record variations of work
* Ensure all work is carried out to the client's requirements and quality standards

Requirements

* Trained as a plumber or pipefitter
* SSSTS certification
* Proven track record as a Site Manager on residential projects over £1 million M&E
