Job Title: Payroll and Accounting Specialist

Location: Redhill

Salary: $2700.00 - $3000.00 per month

Job Description:

This role involves managing payroll records, ensuring timely payments, and complying with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with front-line managers to ensure smooth payroll processes.
  2. Maintaining accurate daily employee records, including salaries, overtime, and benefits.
  3. Calculating restaurant payrolls, including IR21 and CPF submissions.
  4. Contributing to HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a local diploma or GCE/ITE qualifications.
  • 1 year of work experience in a related field, preferably in accounting or payroll administration.

Work Environment:

  • 5-day workweek with regular working hours.
  • No work permit quota.
