Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team as a Manager, responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of client accounts and working with senior colleagues to further the goals and ambitions of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a significant portfolio of client accounts, providing high-quality services to existing clients and contributing to the development of new business.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to achieve the firm's goals, particularly in relation to client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues, comprising Team Leaders, semi-seniors, and junior staff, to ensure effective workflow and client service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records on the internal management system and contribute to the improvement of the firm's workflow processes.
