Job Title: Key Account Manager - Dermatology/Biologics

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join their team in Cambridge, Essex, Anglia. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing account plans, projects, and initiatives across dermatology departments, with a focus on biologic medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales performance and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinicians and payers to optimize access and uptake of biologic medicines
  • Identify and co-create pathway solutions to resolve pain points, local issues, and barriers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans
  • Proactively respond to changing NHS environment and share insights across the organization

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a payer and clinician customer-facing role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience of multi-channel engagement using web-based platforms, email campaigns, virtual webinars, and opt-ins/consents
  • Knowledge of dermatology, high-cost medicines, homecare, and biologics is desirable
  • Ability to use complex clinical and health economic data effectively in customer interactions
  • Understanding of national NHS priorities and programs that influence local healthcare priorities
