The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead the operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Relationship Building: Build, enhance, and support external relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and other third-party service providers.

We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in operations and business management within the Fintech industry or a related financial services sector. A deep understanding of Fintech markets and trading platforms, strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling abilities are essential.

**Salary:** £100,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
