Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sodexo, where you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your culinary skills.

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our corporate colleagues and clients. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients and colleagues.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all kitchen tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety in the kitchen.
  • Contribute to the development of new menus and dishes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary qualifications or experience in catering.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.

Package Details

Shift Pattern: Week 1 - Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon & Thurs. Week 2 - Tues & Wed

Hours: 25 hours per week

Rate: £ - ; per hour + Sodexo benefits

Full uniform and training provided
