Job Title: Chef
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at City of Derry Airport, Derry/Londonderry. As a Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. You will also be responsible for receiving and storing deliveries, organizing the storeroom, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and stored
- Receive and store deliveries
- Organize the storeroom
- Adhere to health and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- Knowledge of HACCP regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
