Join Our Team as a Senior Staff Nurse

The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Nurse to lead our Renal Vascular Access/Home Haemodialysis team. As a skilled practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering patient-focused care and providing clinical leadership to nursing staff.

With 6 years of post-qualification experience, including 4 years in this speciality, you will demonstrate your ability to place patients and their families at the centre of care. Your recent clinical experience in related areas will enable you to provide high-quality care and support to our patients.

In this role, you will work closely with the Renal Vascular Access Sister and take on responsibilities in their absence. You will ensure that all patients receive safe and competent nursing care, making a significant impact on their lives.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,500 per annum, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development. If you are a registered nurse with ENB 136 or equivalent and evidence of leadership, management, and speciality development, we encourage you to apply.
