Adore Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team as a Factory Operative at their client based near Chelmsford, Essex.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a team in production, assisting in the production or packing of all food products produced by Kismet Kebabs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating machinery and equipment as required for the above activity.
  • Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties as directed.
  • Ensuring firm's policies and procedures are followed.
  • Complying with Company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Working in a safe manner with due consideration for personal Health & Safety and that of co-workers at all times.

Requirements:

  • Prior knowledge/experience of operating food production machinery is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
  • Shows initiative.
  • Able to remain calm and focused during times of peak workload or during difficult situations.
  • Proactive and always striving to achieve the best from own work as well as the work from the team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team member with good communication skills.
