**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Clearwater People Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead impactful projects and drive strategic business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a software-based environment. Proven expertise in delivering projects within a stage-gate process, with a focus on fast-paced business environments, is essential.

A strong track record of managing 'Go To Market' and 'New Product Introduction' projects, combined with exceptional communication and presentation skills, is required. The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, is crucial.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and development teams to define project parameters and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, setting deadlines, defining communication strategies, and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and governance procedures, including change control processes.
