Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at TransferRoom Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with football agencies from the Benelux region, including Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and driving client adoption and retention through excellent customer service and support.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000 - £80,000, commensurate with experience, depending on your background and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and success.
  • Drive client adoption and retention through excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on client engagement and performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the sports industry.
  • A deep understanding of football clubs' operations and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with additional EU languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese) being a plus.
