About the Role:

The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting target prospects. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will work closely with a diverse and talented team dedicated to achieving strategic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Research: Identify and track relevant decision-makers and influencers in our target organizations using conventional and unconventional methods.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Utilize CRM tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create high-impact, multi-channel campaigns, and develop tailored outreach strategies focusing on client pain points and alignment with solutions.
  • Sales Support and Collaboration: Support the Head of Growth in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches, participating in client pitches and meetings, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms, analyse and report on key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills and Experience: 2-3 years in a business development, sales, or related role, strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in building relationships and presenting ideas effectively.
  • Highly Desired Skills: Experience in B2B SaaS or consulting/strategy, familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, comfort and proficiency in presenting and public speaking.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and collaboration with a talented team.
