**Job Title:** Brand Strategy Director

**About the Role:** As the Brand Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Eventogy's marketing strategy. This is a hands-on position, perfect for a creative thinker who excels in both strategy and execution.

  • Develop and execute an innovative marketing strategy that aligns with Eventogy's mission to empower the exchange of business ideas and knowledge globally.
  • Plan, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, content, social, and experiential) to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Take full ownership of the marketing site, treating it as a core member of the team. Monitor its performance, set KPIs, and ensure it generates the required volume of inbound leads through optimisation and content strategy.

**Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Lead, or similar role in a technology or B2B environment.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimising a marketing site, with a focus on lead generation and performance tracking.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to challenge traditional approaches and develop unique solutions that align with company values.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, web analytics, and A/B testing.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
