About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cafe Staff Member to join our café team in ENGINEERINGUK. This role involves working in various aspects of café operations, including cooking, customer service, and maintaining a clean environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be committed to delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and serving food: Prepare, cook, and serve food according to our café's menu.
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment: Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in a clean and tidy condition.
  • FoH and FoS maintenance: Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and practice first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock rotation to ensure freshness of food.
  • Awareness and adherence: Be aware and adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
  • Customer complaints resolution: Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the Café Manager as needed.
