We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Consultant to join our team at REDCAT DIGITAL. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative software solutions to our clients in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales discovery calls to understand prospective clients' needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct post-sales discovery calls to identify client needs and suggest new configurations or additional features.
- Standardise offerings for industry verticals, highlighting common use cases and features.
- Assist with proof-of-concept selection and execution.
- Document client processes for knowledge sharing and improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in an auditing or accounting role at a Big 4 firm, or experience working for a SaaS company focused on financial management/accounting.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, terms, and regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management/client-facing skills, with a genuine enjoyment of such interactions.
- Technical skills – any experience or knowledge of software in this space is beneficial, but a curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn is even more important.
