About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at WatchHouse Marylebone. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our coffee house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food to our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and products to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced coffee environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Availability to work during peak periods and holidays.
