WatchHouse is a group of specialty coffee houses that pride themselves on offering more than just a quick cup of coffee. Our team emphasizes the concept of "Modern Coffee", with a focus on passionate people, industry leading coffee, and thoughtfully considered spaces.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced barista to join our team at WatchHouse Marble Arch.

The ideal candidate will be a genuine, confident, and skilled barista who will introduce our new customers to the Modern Coffee experience using industry leading equipment.

Key aspects of the role include working as part of a House team, creating a vibrant and sociable place of work, and demonstrating unparalleled hospitality to regular customers.

Responsibilities will include working with coffee and food, supporting the House team, and maintaining brand standards at high volume production.

We are looking for someone with previous coffee experience, a proven track record in hospitality, and a great team player who can work alongside a brilliant barista team.

This role offers the opportunity to join WatchHouse at an exciting time in our expansion, with a range of in-House learning and development opportunities available.
