Training and Development

Our comprehensive training program is designed to maximize your success within the business. This includes:

  1. Market sector-based training
  2. Sales training
  3. Desk-based practical training
  4. Classroom-based theory
  5. Mentor-led coaching
  6. A gradual build-up of targets (over 6 months)
  7. Coaching and training on business development, meeting management, and consultative selling
Key Responsibilities

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for:

  1. Selling to a variety of businesses and professional people in the Midlands region
  2. Meeting clients face-to-face to gather their requirements and sell a solution
  3. Arranging your own sales meetings
  4. Managing your own diary to maximize results
  5. Working on your own client base
  6. Being based at our Birmingham headquarters
  7. Undertaking new business development (opening new clients and work-winning)
  8. Delivering a consultancy-style solution to existing and new clients
  9. Working to targets weekly and monthly
Rewards and Earnings

Our competitive salary package includes:

  1. Starting salary of between £25,000-£30,000 (dependent on experience)
  2. OTE earnings in year 1 - £25,000-£30,000 (realistic)
  3. OTE earnings in year 2 - £35,000-£50,000 (realistic)
  4. OTE earnings in year 3 - £45,000-£70,000 (realistic)
  5. OTE earnings in year 6 - £70,000-£100,000 (realistic)
Commission is completely uncapped, and some earn more than the above guidelines. We also offer individual and team incentives, including days off, early finishes, trips away, and supercar experiences.Career Potential
