Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Children's Health Specialist to join our team at CPL Healthcare.
- The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, delivering IV therapies, venepuncture, and sub-cut injections.
- You will build strong relationships with patients, their families, and support networks to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
