Clinical Pharmacist

Rural Health Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective patient care at multiple pharmacy locations within our organization.
Responsibilities:- Manage pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
- Coordinate and optimize medication dispensing, including verifying patient medication orders for appropriateness and accuracy.
- Provide drug information to patients and other healthcare providers.
- Direct workflow, pharmacy technicians, students, and volunteers present during that shift.
- Collect, analyze, and report data required to support patient care activities and pharmacy administration.
- Prevent, detect, and resolve medication-related problems and make appropriate evidence-based, patient-centered medication therapy recommendations.
- Effectively communicate with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or BS Pharmacy Degree with two years of clinical experience or completion of an accredited clinical residency program.
- North Carolina Pharmacist License required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a potentially stressful environment.
- Pleasant, professional approach; must be able to work well with the public and provide excellent internal and external customer service.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, effective, professional relationships with patients, providers, subordinates, and superiors.
