Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical expertise and input into the care of patients within our hospitals, supporting the pharmacy department to deliver an excellent medicine management service.
About the Role:- Provide pharmaceutical expertise and input into patient care, supporting the pharmacy department to deliver an excellent medicine management service.
- Supervise the procurement, preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medicines, while supervising junior staff members in the delivery of the medicine management service.
- Assume responsibility for clinical services as identified.
- Facilitate the daily running of the pharmacy department, providing a safe and effective medicines management service to all patients, staff, consultants, and customers.
- GPHC Registered Pharmacist.
- Minimum two years post-GPHC registration.
- Looking to develop your clinical skills and experience.
- At least one year's hospital experience.
- 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.
