Responsibilities

  1. Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  2. Ensure the delivery of quality care and support while managing budgets effectively.
  3. Maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A first-level registered nurse on the Nursing and Midwifery Council register.
  • Three years' experience in health or social care settings with people who have significant needs.
  • High-level IT skills and knowledge of positive behaviour support.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £39,186 per annum, annual leave, pay progression, pension, occupational sick pay scheme, cashback health scheme, and confidential counselling service.
