What You'll Do:As our Bathroom Fitter, you'll take charge of transforming ordinary bathrooms into works of art. Your precision, expertise, and leadership will ensure that every project runs smoothly and is finished to perfection. From working closely with designers to guiding installation teams on-site, you'll be the driving force behind beautiful, functional bathrooms.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead installations of bathroom suites with impeccable attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to interpret and execute detailed design plans.
- Manage on-site teams, ensuring that tasks are coordinated and completed on time.
- Conduct site assessments and advise on the best materials, fixtures, and fittings for each project.
- Ensure that installations are up to our exacting standards through demonstrations and final testing.
- Troubleshoot challenges on-site, finding efficient solutions to any issues that arise.
- Stay on top of all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe workspace at all times.
- Provide expert advice and guide clients through the installation process to guarantee satisfaction.
- Proven experience in bathroom fitting, with an impressive portfolio of completed projects.
- Expertise in plumbing, tiling, and carpentry related to bathroom installations.
- Strong ability to read technical plans and blueprints, bringing designs to life with precision.
- Leadership: You can manage and motivate teams and subcontractors to ensure success.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- City & Guilds or NVQ qualifications in relevant trade areas.
- Experience with high-end bathroom installations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary bathroom design trends.
- Proficiency with project management software for smooth coordination.
