About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bathroom Installation Specialist to join our team at Hireo. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bathroom installations that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation of bathroom suites, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to our high standards.
  • Collaborate with our design and project teams to interpret and execute detailed design plans.
  • Manage on-site teams, coordinating tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site assessments and advise on the best materials, fixtures, and fittings for each project.
  • Ensure installations meet our exacting standards through demonstrations and final testing.
  • Troubleshoot challenges on-site, finding efficient solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe workspace at all times.
  • Provide expert advice and guide clients through the installation process to guarantee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bathroom fitting, with an impressive portfolio of completed projects.
  • Expertise in plumbing, tiling, and carpentry related to bathroom installations.
  • Strong ability to read technical plans and blueprints, bringing designs to life with precision.
  • Leadership skills: you can manage and motivate teams and subcontractors to ensure success.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Full UK driving licence.
