**Job Summary:**

FY Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Senior Consultants, manage projects, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Executive Search to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will have excellent written skills, with experience in document production and proofreading. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Consultants, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Produce high-quality documents, reports, and presentations, using first-class written English skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator in the Executive Search industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer:
