Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Fresh Food Coordinator to join our team at Wahaca. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of fresh ingredients to our kitchens, ensuring that our menu offerings are consistently high-quality and presented to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure fresh ingredients from local suppliers, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of fresh produce, managing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary and Benefits:
