Job Title: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering mechanical engineering design solutions across a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver mechanical engineering design projects from concept to completion
  • Develop designs that are conscious of energy conservation, sustainability, and renewable technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mechanical services projects
  • Utilize digital tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and IES thermal modeling packages
  • Ensure compliance with technical and legislative requirements for mechanical services equipment and installation design
Requirements:
  • Security clearance to MOD SC level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Educated to at least degree level in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Experience in pipe design, detailing, and GD&T
  • Proficient in CAD modeling and drawing to BS8888
  • Chartered and member of relevant body
