Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to join our rural land management team in Inverness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rural commercial, agricultural, and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business administration for client-owned farm and estate businesses, including drafting and issuing statutory documents, managing supplier invoices, and recording tenancy data.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and referring complex issues to the team as needed.
- Support the team with business administration tasks, including producing professional services invoices, helping with recovery of overdue invoices, and overseeing minor facilities management works.
- Maintain and update electronic filing systems and data inputting to software systems.
- Support with client onboarding processes to ensure regulatory requirements are met, acting as a "Know Your Client"/Anti-Money Laundering Administrator as required.
