As a Senior Administration Manager at Brook Street, you will be part of a small team within a National business in Inverness. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing business administration support, including drafting and issuing statutory documents, managing supplier invoices and accounts, and recording tenancy data in an online database.
  • Receiving telephone calls on behalf of the team, including producing professional services invoices, helping with the recovery of overdue invoices, and overseeing minor facilities management works.
  • Maintaining and updating the electronic filing system and performing data inputting to software systems.
  • Supporting with client onboarding processes to ensure the team meets regulatory requirements, acting as a 'know your client'/anti-money laundering administrator as required.
  • Utilizing excellent IT skills, including full knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, MS Teams, and SharePoint functionality.
