About the Opportunity

Cromer Group Practice is currently seeking a skilled Blood Sample Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Phlebotomist to contribute to our healthcare services.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Ensuring patient comfort and consent during blood sample collection.
  2. Accurate labelling and storage of blood samples.
  3. Recording blood sample collections in patient records.
  4. Dispatching samples to laboratories in a timely manner.

Essential Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Phlebotomist with SystmOne knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within our team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a salary range of £24,500-£26,500 per annum based on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
