Job Title: 9-Month FTC, Early Careers Coordinator
Location: London
Working Arrangement: 50/50 Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £27,000
Role Overview:
The Early Careers Coordinator is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. Their role supports recruitment and development teams across several areas to ensure our early talent has the best experience in all engagements.
The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Organisation and coordination of Assessment Centres
- Onboarding
- Event management: organisation and facilitation of events
- Insight and Internship programmes planning and organising of all logistical components relating to the Insight & Internship programmes
Applicants for the position must be hard-working, hands-on and have at least six months of HR/Recruitment experience in a professional services environment, in a law firm with similar experience.
