Role Overview

As a key member of the Lidl - Doncaster team, you'll embark on a comprehensive 23-month leadership development journey. This rotational programme will expose you to various core business areas, allowing you to build your leadership skills, develop your knowledge, and cultivate a deep understanding of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spend time in each of our core business areas: Sales, HR, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Gain experience in key store roles, rotating through Customer Assistant and store management.
• Develop expertise in logistics and warehousing, managing quality and freshness, and dealing with suppliers.
• Choose a specialist route in store, warehouse, or supply chain management and hone your expertise.

Requirements:

• A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline, graduating no earlier than September 2022.
• A full UK driving licence by 1st March 2024.
• Ability to live or relocate within a commutable distance from the Regional Distribution Centre.
• Legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and confidence.
• Desire to learn, develop, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
