Pharmacy Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a dedicated and skilled individual who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of a pharmacy and ensure the best healthcare support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient and effective patient-centred service.
- Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Comply with all regulatory and professional standards, maintaining an organised and safe environment for staff and customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth.
- Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care, providing exceptional customer service.
- A degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex systems and procedures.
- Ability to handle pressure and make decisions, with a calm and composed approach.
