About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our customers and colleagues. You will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services. You will also be responsible for managing the pharmacy's operations, including supply chain management, staff development, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and private services to customers
  • Play an active role in our charity support program, providing advice and support to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
  • Lead, train, and develop colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent patient care
  • Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree
  • Passion for leading and empowering a team
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
  • DBS check (organized by Tesco)
