About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal EMC Project Engineer to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our EMC Project Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our programmes throughout their product lifecycles from concept through to disposal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, progress, and deliver risk reduction and qualification strategies to bring products into service.
  • Support projects to ensure correct requirements are implemented, designs are robust, and strategies are accurate.
  • Write Environmental Requirement Specifications (ERS's) and subsequent documentation, including EMC Control Plans, Proving Plans, Proving Requirements, and Proving Instructions.
  • Review hardware and conduct informal testing.
Requirements
  • Higher education or significant experience in Electronics, Electrical, Physics, EMC, or similar fields.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work autonomously to meet delivery needs.
