About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Manager to lead our corporate travel programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily contact with our Travel Management Company (TMC), working closely with programme management on future strategy, policy, and technology improvements.

You will attend regular performance meetings with our TMC, handle queries from colleagues on all aspects of travel, and liaise with our Technology team to ensure smooth operation of the Concur travel booking tool. Additionally, you will work with our People Policy team to ensure that our travel and expenses policy is up-to-date and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily engagement with Programme Manager and Operations Managers responding to operational queries and feedback.
  • Working with programme management on future strategy, hotel programme, policy, savings, and technology improvements.
  • Attending weekly, monthly, and quarterly TMC performance meetings.
  • Handling queries from colleagues on all aspects of travel.
  • Liaising with Tech and the TMC on the Concur travel booking tool.
  • Working with People policy to ensure travel and expenses policy is up to date.
  • Reviewing data and analysis to supervise compliance to policy.

This role requires a high degree of financial awareness and attention to detail. You should have experience in travel management, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills.
