Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Leader to join our team at AMANN THREADS UK LIMITED.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Electrical Maintenance Team, ensuring safety is the top priority, and carrying out day-to-day installation and maintenance functions on electrical distribution systems.

The role involves performance management of the team, planning electrical projects, and liaising with production management to deliver projects on time and to budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical codes of practice, be able to identify and implement best practices, and ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Electrical Maintenance Team to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Carry out installation and maintenance functions on electrical distribution systems
  • Plan and manage electrical projects to meet project targets and KPIs
  • Liaise with production management to deliver projects on time and to budget
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes of practice and company procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of electrical codes of practice

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
