Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as building fabric.

Your duties will include carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, as required, including full electrical and mechanical PPM and reactive works, minor building repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing works, and other general duties in support of our clients' requirements.

You will be covering a portfolio of sites around the M25, covering the Home Counties and London.

The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified and have a good knowledge and understanding of HVAC plant.

Person Specification:
  1. Experience working in a similar retail or commercial maintenance environment and familiarity with the following equipment:
  2. Air Handling Units/Fan Coil Units
  3. Pumps
  4. Split Systems
  5. Emergency Lighting
  6. L8 Requirements
  7. Fire Alarm Testing
  8. Plumbing
  9. Record Keeping
Essential Qualifications:
  1. City & Guilds 236/0 & 2330 Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent mechanical qualification
  2. 18th Edition IEE
  3. L8 Awareness
  4. Any additional trade qualifications (plumbing, mechanical, or electrical)
  5. City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection and Testing)
  6. IPAF
  7. PASMA
