New Homes Sales Consultant

We are seeking a driven individual to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd for the launch of a prestigious new development in Prime Central London.

The Role:

  • Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiations, and provide expert knowledge on the development and local market.
  • Basic salary: Up to £32k, OTE: £60k.
  • Weekend work with two consecutive weekdays off and one full weekend off per month.

About You:

  • Experience in luxury sales, estate agency, new homes sales, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
