We are seeking a Psychology-Driven Learning Assistant to join our dedicated team at Academics Ltd. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs.

Your key responsibilities will include working collaboratively with external professionals to develop and implement individualised learning plans, assisting with lesson planning and delivery, and maintaining accurate records and reporting progress. You will also be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and helping to match provision to each child's specific requirements.
