Nurse Practitioner

The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse plays a vital role in the Hospitals & Communities Integrated Services (HCIS) or Tertiary Mental Health Services multi-disciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, treatment, case management, community support, and urgent response to clients with serious mental health problems, substance use issues, and/or developmental disabilities.
- Function as a primary clinician utilizing specialized treatment modalities/therapies for individuals, groups, and/or their families.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely, responsive, and evidence-based treatment and clinical supports.
