Job Description

This is a full-time position for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical systems to engineering drawings, installing mechanical systems and assemblies on beamlines and instruments, and maintaining and repairing installed systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship with NVQ level 3, assembly environment experience, and a sound understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
