We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Market Harborough (LE16), focused on delivering exceptional childcare services.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff.
Key Qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a nursery setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong passion for early childhood education and child development.
Compensation Package:
