Your expertise will enable you to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming late arrival guests and ensuring a smooth departure process for early departures.
  • Managing daily financial reconciliations and revenue postings for hotel outlets.
  • Preparing and distributing relevant reports to internal departments.
  • Confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring accuracy.
  • Collating paperwork for departures and coordinating with the Front Office team.
  • Providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments as needed.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring a seamless handover of issues between Night Audit and Reception.
  • Maximizing guest satisfaction and property safety.
  • Attending to guest requests efficiently to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Your experience and skills include:

  • A guest-focused personality is essential; prior experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Opera or a related system.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
